Job Description

  • Location: Melville, Hamilton
  • Permanent, Full-Time Role
  • Hours of Work: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Join our hardworking Assembly team at Temperzone’s Hamilton site, where you’ll play a hands-on role in building high-quality Air Handling Units used in heating and cooling systems across New Zealand.

This is a full-time, permanent position with Monday to Friday hours (7:30am – 4:00pm)—giving you reliable work and a great work/life balance.

In this practical role, you’ll be involved in:

  • Operating tools and machinery safely
  • Assembling HVAC parts with care and accuracy
  • Following clear instructions and production schedules
  • Checking product quality and reporting any issues
  • Keeping your workspace tidy and organised
  • Working as part of a supportive team
  • Lifting and handling materials as needed
  • Following health and safety rules
  • Helping improve how we work
  • Completing basic paperwork when required

  • Basic communication skills and the ability to complete simple paperwork
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly is a bonus, but not essential—full training is provided
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
