We are seeking a purpose-driven Product Manager to lead and grow our Nature Positive digital product portfolio – an emerging, high-impact space focused on enabling measurable action for biodiversity, environmental stewardship, and climate resilience through data and technology.
This role represents an opportunity to drive the evolution of a fast-developing digital product grounded in science, sustainability, and strategy. Working within our Digital Innovation Practice, closely with our Nature Data Lead and across cross-functional squads, you will play a central role in building and operationalising datasets, dashboards, and digital tools that underpin Silver Fern Farms' journey towards being Nature Positive.
This role is best suited to a seasoned Product Manager with strong digital instincts, technical fluency, and a track record of navigating complex internal landscapes. Your experience will help shape a product that is built on solid data foundations, connects deeply with science, and delivers value to a range of internal users and stakeholders.

Ōu Pūkenga | About You:
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management, ideally with end-to-end ownership of multiple product lifecycles. Alternatively, we’d consider someone with proven strength in the environmental sciences/data space with an interest in Product Management.
- Proven capability in managing digital products with a strong data or analytics foundation.
- Strong technical literacy – comfortable working to shape scalable, secure solutions.
- A sharp ability to balance vision with detail, turning strategic goals into actionable product direction and delivery plans.
- Confidence with agile delivery frameworks and product discovery approaches (MVPs, user stories, iterative release cycles).
- Comfort engaging with scientific content and working with technical subject matter experts to guide product design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills – you build trust, bring clarity, and keep people aligned.
- A passion for delivering products that are robust, future-focused, and able to deliver real-world impact.
