The Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA) team provides a range of asset-based services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises three key areas: Asset Management, Public Private Partnerships and Digital Services.

We're looking for a motivated and organised Project Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Delivery and Planning Managers, their respective teams, and the National Manager Planning and Project Delivery.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proficient computer skills with a proven ability using MS Word, Excel, Project and to learn other packages as required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with minute taking is preferred.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the proven ability to build effective working relationships and working collaboratively.
- Fantastic time-management and ability to meet deadlines within a busy team environment.
- Experience in Project administration with knowledge of systems in advantageous but not necessary.
Utu a-tau | Salary
The mid-point of the salary range is $67,988 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $57,824 - $81,586 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
