About the role
Sitting within our Service Delivery team, the Project Manager role is responsible for the leadership and support for the design and implementation of both customer facing and internal projects.
You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals and ensure projects are aligned with their broader technology roadmap. Internally, you’ll coordinate cross-functional teams including service desk, engineering, and solution architects to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality outcomes and upholding CodeBlue’s reputation for responsiveness, strategic thinking, and excellent customer service.
Skills & experience
• 3+ years IT project management expertise, ideally within a relevant service provider (MSP) or other large complex environment
• Proven effective contract delivery and SLA management experience
• Knowledge of IT products, services, and technology
• Demonstrable achievements in leading on customer satisfaction improvements and business process engineering
• A strong customer delivery focus
• High level of analytical/problem solving skills
• Excellent customer relationship building skills
