Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for supporting recruitment and onboarding processes? We’re looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll support the end-to-end recruitment process—from raising requisitions and screening candidates to onboarding new team members. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring all recruitment activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with our internal policies and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Process Support
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
Screen applications on relevant platforms and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Conduct reference checks.
Liaise with HR to prepare and issue employment contracts.
2. Pre-Employment and Compliance Checks
Arrange pre-employment medicals, as needed.
Organise Ministry of Justice (MOJ) criminal record checks.
Coordinate with the fleet manager for timely vehicle orders (considering lead times of 4–6 weeks).
3. Onboarding Coordination
Work with IT to arrange onboarding equipment.
Order staff uniforms as required.
Deliver first-day inductions, including both BGIS and client-specific sessions.
4. Recordkeeping and Reporting
Maintain accurate recruitment tracking spreadsheets.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and HR on recruitment progress.
