Ventia has an exciting opportunity for a Roading Construction Supervisor to join their Transport Infrastructure team based in the beautiful Bay of Islands.

About the role
As a key member of our team, you'll take charge of roading projects including, drainage, pavement, and earthworks. Your role will involve:
- Supervising a dedicated team of 3-4 crew members
- Taking a hands-on approach, spending majority of your time on-site
- Monitoring and managing project progress, costs, and timeframes
- Overseeing all stages of the project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
About you
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Solid background in roading construction
- Proven leadership potential with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and good technical skills
- Good financial understanding to keep projects on track
- Ability to work confidently in a supervisory role and provide expert advice
