Support for New Product Launch in Enterprise Markets

Are you passionate about sales and marketing as well as eager to jumpstart your career? We are offering a 3-month internship that will immerse you in the dynamic world of sales and marketing, supported by our exceptional Sales and Marketing Team. If you are currently studying or have recently graduated and are available to start mid-November, we want to hear from you.

Role Overview: As Tait gears up to introduce new portfolio lines to enterprise markets, strategic go-to-market planning is crucial for securing a significant share of key global markets.

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will assist the VP of Enterprise Business in the successful launch of new products targeting enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Creating compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Supporting sales enablement efforts by developing tools and resources.
  • Assisting in demand generation campaigns to drive customer adoption and market penetration.
  • Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a successful product launch and strong market entry.

  • Has a strong background in sales and/or marketing and a passion for bringing new products to market.
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this internship, you must:

  • Be currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at NZQA level 6-10. If your studies are complete, your final semester should have concluded within the past 12 months.
  • Be pursuing a degree in science, technology, engineering, design, or business at a New Zealand tertiary education institute.
  • Have legal permission to work in New Zealand.
  • Not have completed more than two Experience Grant internships with us at Tait Communications.

Details:

  • This is a paid, fixed-term summer internship position for 400 hours, starting in 17th November 2025, with a 2-week break over the Christmas period and finishing 5th February 2026.
