Job Description
Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Support 2IC. In this role, you will assist the Sales Support Manager in leading and developing our team, which is responsible for managing all customer-critical processes at the ‘front of house’.
Your responsibilities will also extend to supporting back-of-house operations, ensuring that internal audit requirements are met and daily administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail. Your contribution will be instrumental in providing a positive customer experience.

The days and hours of work for this position are:
- Sunday-Wednesday: 10am-6:30pm
- Thursday: 1pm-9:30pm
Qualifications

We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated retail experience in a large-scale, big-box environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and have excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Above all, we value a passion for enhancing both customer and employee experiences.
