What we need

We’re looking for SDR Sales Enablement to drive performance coaching for our NZ-based SDR team, across Micro, Core, and Mid-Market segments in both Inbound and Outbound. In this role, you’ll act as a hands-on coach and quality champion — spending your time in the field running 1:1 sessions, shadowing live calls, reviewing Outreach, and quickly identifying and addressing performance gaps.

Your mission is to elevate SDR performance by coaching to best-in-class standards and improving funnel metrics like MQL-to-SAO conversion, connect rates, demo sit rates, and revenue. You’ll drive excellence by lifting both quantity (activity, connect rates, pipeline coverage) and quality (targeting, messaging, and CRM discipline). In close partnership with SDR Managers, you'll help reps develop the skills, mindset, and consistency to influence revenue — not just generate leads.

At Employment Hero, we believe SDRs are revenue influencers. This role will help embed that belief across the business. By setting clear standards, optimising processes, and coaching relentlessly, you’ll help reps balance high-volume activity with relevant, high-impact conversations. Your work will fuel pipeline growth, strengthen conversion rates, and scale a high-performing SDR engine.
