Senior Integration Analyst / Cloud Engineer

We are excited to announce a new permanent opportunity based in Auckland for a Senior Integration Analyst/Cloud Engineer. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency across Beca’s enterprise systems, including Workday, Oracle, and Datapay. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting both inbound and outbound integrations, resolving issues, and contributing to the development of new interfaces that align with evolving business needs. Your work will directly support the deployment and enhancement of Workday as our new HRM system, while also offering opportunities to upskill in Oracle Fusion and Datapay.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who combines technical proficiency in Workday and/or Datapayintegration tools—with strong communication and collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams, contributing to the success of several large ERP systems. As part of a stable and experienced ICT team, you’ll have the chance to make your mark andgrow your expertise across a broad range of enterprise applications.

You will have a strong background in enterprise systems integration, with a deep understanding of data flows, interface design, and system interoperability. Your hands-on experience with platforms like Workday, Oracle, and Datapay, combined with your ability to manage integration lifecycles and troubleshoot issues, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
You are passionate about delivering robust, secure, and scalable integrations and should have:
- Proven experience with Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, RaaS, PECI/PICOF, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion integration support (eg OCI, OIC, Autonomous databases) and a willingness to upskill in this area would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to assess system releases for integration impacts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- A commitment to data integrity, security compliance, and knowledge sharing within a collaborative ICT environment.
