Take the plunge into this senior role – we’re looking for an enthusiastic Senior Lifeguard to join our team at CBay!
Bring your go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong team approach. As a Senior Lifeguard, you will be responsible for leading the lifeguard team, keeping each shift performing at its highest, and assisting in the day-to-day running of CBay.
You will play a key part in ensuring that all customers not only have a fantastic experience, but a safe one.
Bring your:
- Awesome leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm in busy and pressured situations
- Keen eye for spotting potential hazards and preventing incidents
You’ll need to currently hold a First Aid Certificate as well as a Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate, however, full training will be provided for the right applicant. This is a full-time position and offers 40 hours per week. Working hours will be on a rostered basis so reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial. The hourly rate range is $30.54–$31.46 per hour.
