Service Advisor – New Plymouth
Tasman Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in New Plymouth.
As the key contact between our customers and the dealership, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences, smooth repair processes, and the promotion of the Toyota brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers at their vehicles
- Handle workshop enquiries and service bookings
- Write repair orders and follow Kodawari procedures
- Keep customers updated on vehicle progress
- Organise courtesy vehicles
- Estimate costs and timeframes for agreed work
- Gain authorisation for additional work
- Monitor and follow up on job progress to meet deadlines
- Help grow new business within the service department
- Promote the dealership and Toyota brand
- Complete all internal, online, and classroom training
- Work closely with Parts and Sales departments
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Carry out reasonable requests from the Service Manager
