Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in homes and workplaces.

We’re now looking for our next Services Support Expert - if you're passionate about process improvement, technology, and empowering others to deliver exceptional service, this is the role for you!

Job Description

The Services Support Expert plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence for the continued development and technical capability of our Services team, who execute services like delivery, installation, education and product protection for our customers.

Bring your stores and operational knowledge and experience to maintain and optimise service tools and resources to support the delivery of exceptional service across our Retail, Commercial, and Education channels. You’ll keep hands-on in assisting our Services Solutions Specialists with technical and operational issues, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and growth. By acting as an ambassador, you’ll ensure that all processes align with the brand’s values, helping the team deliver services to the highest standards.

Collaborate closely with Regional Fulfilment Leads and other key stakeholders to deliver process improvements, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure compliance with operational frameworks.

The role is based at our head office in Northcote however there will be travel required in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong people and operational background with experience working in a related field – having prior stores/technical experience is desirable!

  • The ability to build and maintain effective and positive relationships
