We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our café team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, great with people, and ready to take the lead during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and lead the team during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality
- Open and close the café as required
- Train and support junior staff
- Handle any issues that arise during service calmly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised, and positive working environment
Requirements:
- Previous café experience in a supervisory or team leader role
- Confident and skilled barista – must be able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
