We have a dedicated Asset Management business unit that delivers comprehensive facilities management and responsive maintenance services to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of a build.

The role
The Bay of Plenty Asset Management team is seeking a Site Foreman to work across the various facets of facilities and building maintenance. Work is varied and diverse; from fit outs, alterations to building maintenance and responsive maintenance works. Your skills and experience will be put to test as we provide this specialised service to our clients.

The right applicant will have:
  • Apprentice Year 3 and above
  • Minimum three years in a commercial and or residential trades environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Understanding of field-based software systems
  • The ability to work as part of a team or unsupervised
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check.
