We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Customer Success team as a Solution Consultant Administrator. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Solution Consultants and Sales teams by handling administrative processes such as trial setup, reporting, account creation, licence activations, and customer onboarding. You’ll also coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure a smooth experience, accurate data, and timely support.

This is a temporary role with an ASAP start through until mid November 2025. It’s well suited for a student based in Dunedin who is available to work full-time Monday to Friday, or part-time across 4 days per week.

What you will do

  • Provide daily operational support to Solution Consultants and Sales teams for trials, pilots and onboarding
  • Manage key processes including class list uploads, account creation and licence activations
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (HubSpot) and internal databases
  • Produce reports on customer activity and outcomes, preparing summaries for the team
  • Support with general administration including data entry and responding to routine customer requests
  • Coordinate scheduling for demos, onboarding sessions and PD workshops
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams on cross functional projects that enhance the customer experience

  • Knowledge of the education sector or experience supporting educational software (desirable)
