Are you a skilled clinician who thrives on helping others communicate, connect and achieve their potential? Our Cromwell clinic is looking for a dedicated Speech Language Therapist with strong skills in assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based interventions across speech, language, swallowing and communication disorders. From working with children who need early communication support, to adults recovering from stroke or brain injury, you’ll use your clinical expertise to create tailored therapy plans, deliver compassionate care and collaborate closely with families, whānau and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes.
Main responsibilities:
- Assess, Develop and Implement rehabilitation solutions within contracted timeframes
- Liaise with other allied health team members
- Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
- Be prepared to supervise new graduate staff or students if applicable

The ideal candidate:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Language Therapy or similar
- Current member of the NZ Speech Language Therapy Association
- Dysphagia experience would be beneficial
- Ability to work and enjoy working autonomously
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
