Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position
We're looking for a detail-focused Team Administrator to support our staffing processes. This role is central to ensuring our cross-school staffing data and recruitment information is up to date, accurate, and supports timely decision-making.
You'll be involved in a range of work, including:
- Monitoring and managing the Cross School Staffing Spreadsheet (CSSS)
- Analysing recruitment reports and updating records based on information from HR and regional teams
- Supporting recruitment actions including progress updates on start dates, FTE changes, and contract types
- Undertake administration relating to staffing, recruitment and appointment processes as required
- Collating and analysing staffing data to inform planning and decision-making

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy working with data, are highly organised, and can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a strong eye for detail.
You'll also bring:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally with a focus on staffing, HR, or data management
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- The ability to analyse and present information clearly
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A proactive approach and the confidence to support with staffing processes
