Carter Holt Harvey Futurebuild LVL are looking for a Stores Administrator to join our team at our Marsden Point plant. Reporting to the Purchasing Coordinator, we are looking for a person who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Exposure to Business Central ERP system would be advantageous. Roster is Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Purchase Orders - process and expedite orders, ensuring accurate coding and coordinate with supplies.
  • Inwards Goods - receive, check, and record incoming inventory. Unloading of goods will be both manually and using a forklift
  • Dispatches - pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders promptly while maintaining clear communication
  • Inventory Control & Stock Management - support cycle counts, stock-takes, and inventory accuracy processes.
  • General Warehouse Support - Assist with stock optimization, and general tasks as directed
  • Providing back up and support for the Stores Coordinator

This role requires the following experience:

  • A commitment to a safe working environment
  • Forklift licence and OSH certificate an advantage
  • Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Previous stores experience with exposure to procurement of supplies, incoming and outgoing goods, receipting of goods and stock takes
  • Attention to detail
  • Good numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High levels of integrity and reliability
  • The ability to work unsupervised

It will be an advantage but not essential if you have worked with a materials/enterprise resource programme such as Business Central, or within the mechanical, engineering, or heavy industry sectors.
