Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school with a roll of up to 24,000 ākonga (students) at any point of time. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including to young adult and adult learners.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position:
We are looking for enthusiastic Student and Whānau Support Advisors to join our team in Wellington.
As a Student and Whanau Support Advisor, you will be the point of contact for students, supervisors and school coordinators and provide seamless pre-enrolment, enrolment and post enrolment support for students and whanau.
This position involves a variety of duties such as:
- Respond to incoming queries in a timely and supportive manner
- Provide advice and support to student and supervisors for the online learning programmes
- Review enrolment applications and make appropriate decisions

A natural communicator you can build rapport, communicate instructions clearly and provide support to a diverse group of people. You're a well-organised, team player with a real positive, ‘can do' attitude and are confident working on computers and across multiple technical systems.
