Your Impact
As a Supply Planner of our Boought-In-Finished-Goods (BIFG) you’ll manage the inventory planning and supply of finished goods into the logistics network for your allocated SKU portfolio. Using planning tools and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll work to minimise aged stock, reduce out-of-stocks, and ensure continuity of supply. This is a dynamic and hands-on role where you’ll influence inventory performance, contribute to planning cycles, and support broader transformation projects across the network.
This role is based across both our Papakura and Parnell Sites
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, DRP replenishment, and BIFG ordering across your SKU portfolio to ensure product availability aligns with forecast, policy, and service expectations
- Collaborate with Demand, Supply, and Commercial and International Logistics teams to monitor risk, resolve gaps, and maintain planning visibility across short- and long-term horizons
- Support execution of new product launches, maintain planning routines, and drive continuous improvement across cost, process, and system efficiency
About You
You’re a detail-oriented planner with strong inventory and supply coordination skills, and you thrive in fast-paced FMCG environments. You’ll also bring:
- Previous planning experience in FMCG, Grocery, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP and planning systems (Dynamics, Navision or SAP preferred)
- Excel capability and analytical thinking
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, proactive approach and ability to manage competing priorities
