Aqua Artist is Auckland’s leading professional swim school with 4 thriving branches, founded by Olympic Bronze Medalist Jun Dai. We are proud to provide a structured, high-quality teaching system that helps every student enjoy swimming and make consistent progress.
With branches in Auckland and Sydney, our team is expanding – and we’re looking for passionate individuals to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Teach & Learn – Start with our full swim teacher training program and become a fully licensed swim coach.
- Parent Communications (Mandarin) – Guide parents through enrolments, advise on class placement, and communicate confidently via WeChat.
- Course Coordination – Manage student levels, scheduling, and class planning with accuracy and responsibility.
- Team Development – With experience and training, progress into supporting and mentoring coaches, ensuring teaching quality across our schools.
- Poolside & Admin Balance – Split your time between supporting poolside, and managing office coordination.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Requirements
- Basic swimming competency (full professional training provided)
- Native/Business-level Mandarin (for WeChat communications with parents)
- Strong admin and organisational ability
- Weekend availability
