In this newly created role as Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will play a critical role in the proactive sourcing and talent pooling of high-quality candidates. Collaborating closely with our TA Business Partners and hiring leaderrs, you will support a diverse range of roles across markets, leveraging all channels to identify, attract and assess suitable talent. You will also provide subject matter expertise regarding labour market data, recruiting trends, competitor analysis, and target geographies for specific areas of critical talent in partnership with TABPs. You will be part of our global and forward-thinking Talent Acquisition community.
Your Scope
- Identifying high quality candidates to fill roles
- Partnering with TA Business Partners to understand the role requirements, candidate profile and define the candidate identification strategy for each position.
- Sourcing active and passive candidates through various sourcing channels, social media, internet sourcing and talent mapping.
- Attending universities, high schools, networking events, professional networks etc.
- Owning and managing the external employee value proposition
- Building talent pipelines to fill current and future roles through leveraging user groups, blogs and networking events.
- Generating candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
- Review resumes to assess applicant qualifications and coordinate the next steps in the recruitment process.
- Providing an initial screen and presenting both long and short lists to the TA Business Partner that best fit with the role.
- Actively tracking, managing and reporting on candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system.
- Posting jobs and managing reporting.
You Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, confident phone presence.
- Experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar job search tools.
- Comfortable managing data and notes using ATS (Workday or similar) software.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Prior experience in recruiting, HR, is a plus, though not required.
