Our Integrated Recovery work stream aids clients who have been unemployed for long periods, aiming for positive rehabilitation outcomes.
Each client will have a dedicated Integrated Recovery Coordinator to support their recovery through a one-on-one relationship. Our coordinators collaborate with providers, employers, and communities to facilitate recovery and address obstacles.

As an experienced Level 1 Team Leader, you be in your element coaching and mentoring your team and providing support to ensure their success. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively.
- Level 1 Salary: $101,208 – $119,161 (plus 9% superannuation).

If successful, you will be working 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm.

This is not a developing Team Leader position - we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. Ideally you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading or influencing client facing teams.
- Experience in leading or supporting initiatives or projects in Service Delivery
- The ability to think strategically and communicate your “big picture” ideas.
- Experience maintaining team motivation through periods of change and ambiguity.
- A real passion for leadership, and the drive to succeed.
