Due to promotions and career progression opportunities for our staff, our Wellington CBD team is seeking two motivated people leaders to drive clinician success and outcomes in the region’s branches. This is a specialised leadership position for an enthusiastic and approachable individual who will deliver outstanding clinical outcomes by managing the team's needs and business requirements. This will include – but not be limited to – ensuring the team meets its operational targets, driving agility and flexibility to ensure client satisfaction and strategic planning.

We are looking for one Physiotherapy Team Lead and one Occupational Therapy Team Lead. You will be based in our Wellington CBD branches

Main responsibilities:
  • You will be leading a team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists
  • Own and monitor team KPIs, ensuring that their skills align with client demands.
  • Ensure your team is meeting its targets – billed hours and productivity
  • Work with the Regional Manager and Physio Leads to maintain adequate staffing levels
  • Develop internal reports to implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with Clinical Leads to promote positive service outcomes

The ideal candidate:
  • Relevant tertiary education – a bachelors degree in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy is essential
  • We are looking for a warm, people-centered individuals who can drive clinical teams
  • Strong communication skills so that you build rapport and lasting relationships
  • A minimum of 2-3 years team lead experience is mandatory
  • Clinician seeking the opportunity to advance in management
