The Role
Join our workshop at our client, in the rail industry, maintaining and repairing heavy forklifts, reach stackers, and critical MHE. From routine servicing to breakdowns, you'll keep rail operations running smoothly.
Your Week Will Include:
- Routine servicing, preventative works, breakdowns and diagnostics
- Repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Using systems to order parts and complete job records
- Communicating with site contacts and ensuring safety compliance
- On-call support (roster-based)
- Mechanical Trade Certificate or similar
- 3+ years’ experience on heavy vehicles/plant equipment
- Strong hydraulic, diesel, and electrical knowledge
- NZ driver’s licence (forklift licence a bonus)
- Great communicator with a customer-first attitude
- Hands-On Variety: Service, diagnose, and repair heavy MHE
