WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The purpose of the role is to analyse, repair and test Hilti tools in line with global repair and workflow standards. The role involves working and participating in a lean environment, working efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement. The job holder needs to sustain a passion for the customer as a trigger to drive service levels and repair quality.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Handling operations in the repair center, covering inbounding and outbounding tools, as per defined standards.
  • Work in and participate in a lean environment, work efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement

  • Execute the repair process according to our repair standards: diagnostic tools, RSI, spare parts management etc.
