We are serving tasty Vietnamese food.
The role is full time, 40 hours per week (Guaranteed no less than 30).
Applicant must be flexbile to work at lat nights, weekends, and holidays period.
Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate, $28-$32.
Tasks and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparaing, cooking and presenting dishes
- Managing and training any kitchen assistant
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Helping chefs to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring high stanards of food hygiene and following the rules of health and safety
- Maintaining kitchen cleaning
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding sauces and garnishes
- Ordering food supplies and organizing deliveries
Skills and knowledge required:
- 2 year relevant work experience or cookery qualification
- Food preparation and cooking skills
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Understanding of food allergens
- Genuine passion for work
- Patient and pay attention to details
- Motivated and organized
- Fit and healthy
