The Finance team at Summerset has 45 members at the moment, and we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Admin to join our Wellington head office! You will play a vital role in our Shared Services model.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Accurate and timely processing of monthly invoices and direct debit payments
- Working closely with office managers and handling all customer receivables enquiries
- Debtor management and proactive debt collection
Who are we looking for?
- Preferably someone with previous Accounts Receivable or other relevant experience
- Experience working in a similar role in a clinical organisation would be ideal but not essential
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A team player and great communicator
- Excellent customer care
