About the Role
Our Women’s Health Department is currently looking for an Administration Clerk, to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
In this role you will be responsible for the administration of outpatient appointments and referrals in accordance with the Counties Manukau Health Women’s Health guidelines. It also ensures accurate information is available for clinical professional in a timely matter.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent computer skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, can take initiative and have a real eye for detail. You will be communicating with users of our service and staff members by telephone and in person so top-notch communications skills and a strong customer service focus with a clear and friendly manner are essential.
Previous administration experience is a prerequisite for this busy role, and you will need to have a minimum of three years of administration experience. Experience within a hospital environment, and in particular maternity services, would be a huge advantage.
