- Permanent full time, 80 hours per fortnight
- 8.30am to 5pm Monday - Friday
- Office based in Papanui, Christchurch
- Starting rate $23.84 - $25.95 per hour, depending on experience

We're looking for a proactive and reliable individual to join the Administration team at our Christchurch Area Office. As an Administration Coordinator you will bring a warm and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff while undertaking general reception and admin duties.
Duties include:
- Administrative support and general support to the management team
- Purchase order processing and accounts
- Record management, filing and archiving
- Ordering and sorting office supplies
- Reception duties and being a point of contact for staff and visitors to the office
- Answering phones and responding to general enquiries
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication (verbal and written).
- Good attention to detail.
- Experience operating computer packages, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- You must already hold the right to work in New Zealand.
