Digital Performance has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support to join the team.
Join our Digital Performance team! We are a dedicated and supportive group that plays a vital role within the broader Digital Team. Our team delivers assurance and empowers decision-making through insightful reporting, guidance, and leadership of our Communities of Practice. We offer expert analysis and advice across a diverse portfolio of projects, commercial budgeting and forecasting, drive workforce planning and provide admin support services to the wider team.
In this role, you will:
- establish and maintain effective management systems and processes for the Digital business unit, supporting governance and supplier meetings
- help teams across Digital with events and planning days, (scheduling, logistics, agendas and meeting papers).
- support and coordinate administrative activity across the function, such as:
- system admin and invoice coding
- updating SharePoint
- travel bookings

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- excellent written and verbal communication
- exceptional organisational skills with a proactive mindset
- the ability to work across multiple teams with differing needs
- enthusaism and willingingness to learn
- some experience in an admin role and Public Sector would be an advantage

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $55,343 and $74,416 based on skills and experience.
