Te Haeata/The Opportunity

Provider and Community Services (PCS) work with community organisations who are contracted to deliver a range of community justice services including Victim Support, Community Law Centres, Restorative Justice, Family Disputes Resolution and Family Violence services.

We are looking for a motivated Advisor to join our small, dynamic team, responsible for managing projects, contracts and procurement activities that support the wider PCS team.

As an Advisor in our team, you will be responsible for supporting a range of functions that contribute to the success of our contracted services.

In this role, you will:

  • collaborate with teams across PCS, and the Ministry to review services, ensuring they align with service objectives and the Ministry's goals and standards
  • manage contracts, develop great relationships with our providers and conducting stakeholder engagement as required
  • work with senior staff to implement strategies for services
  • create project, contract or procurement documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and thoroughness in the process
  • support the delivery of reporting or financial functions within PCS.

Utu ā-tau/Salary

The appointing salary for this role will be between $73,634 and $100,846 based on skills and experience.
