We are on the hunt for a skilled and motivated operators to join our team. If you know your way around a tractor and you're not afraid of long days and big machinery - this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating tractors for ground preparation, cultivation, silage and balage work
- Driving tip trucks for material transport and site work
- Assisting with machinery maintenance and basic repairs
- Supporting the team with general contracting duties across multiple job sites
- Working flexible hours during peak seasons (including weekends when required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery (silage/balage gear a bonus)
- Class 1 driver's license required: Class 2 and 4 preferred
- Mechanical know-how and a proactive attitude toward maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Can cook for yourself
- Smoking and Vaping not permitted to machinery, vehicles and accommodation
