This is a critical leadership role at the heart of our digital transformation journey. You'll ensure the successful delivery and ongoing optimisation of our key business systems - including SAP, BI, and broader application services - while upholding standards in performance, security, and compliance. Your impact will directly enable Douglas to thrive in a fast-moving digital world.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, connect and celebrate with a team of eight across SAP, Business Analysts and Business Intelligence functions.
- Collaborate internally and externally on strategic planning and alignment to ensure our Digital Roadmap is defined, agreed and supports the business strategy. You will be key in the delivery of our Digital Roadmap and taking our business to the next level by looking at efficiencies and technical advancements while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Play a critical role in stakeholder management, vendor relations, system support, incident management, and regulatory compliance to maintain operational efficiency, data integrity, and security while managing budgets within approved limits.

- QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL - You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. ITIL certification preferred
- Strong DIGITAL experience - you have worked in general IT for a while, including application selection, configuration, deployment and vendor management. You have experience with ITIL and/or GAMP. Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be great.
