About the role
The Application Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, updating, and implementing key applications and platforms to ensure CodeBlue‘s systems are accessible and perform their functions to the expected level allowing system users to provide exceptional service to its customers.This includes integration between systems, customer support, and continuous improvement of business processes. The primary focus for this role is ensuring CodeBlue’s internal business processes can be successfully enacted within CodeBlue’s business applications and its ecosystem.
Skills & experience
- Proven track record through working in system administration, application support or similar role, ideally within an MSP or similar industry
- Proficiency with ConnectWise PSA
- Including finance systems interactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- Experience with RMM tools (preferably Kaseya VSA)
- Experience with knowledgebase and documentation tools (preferably ITGlue and Liongard)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Support and maintain CodeBlue's applications and platforms for efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
- Integrate and align diverse systems for seamless functionality, including finance systems.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve effective outcomes and enhance our ecosystem.
- Proven experience in system administration/application support, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Proficiency in ConnectWise PSA and Microsoft 365 is essential.
- Familiarity with RMM tools, ideally Kaseya VSA, and knowledgebase/documentation tools like ITGlue, Liongard.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for effective customer engagement.
