Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Kaitātari Tiaki Rawa - Asset Data Analyst to join the Asset Management team, a team within Property Services. Asset Management’s central aim is to effectively manage the institution’s academic property portfolio. By developing and maintaining accurate property information we enable better long-term estate planning and property management. The information is used to prioritise and deliver property and infrastructure renewal across our campuses and to mitigate asset failure risk.
