We have a full time, permanent vacancy for an Assistant Archivist to join our team in Dunedin. In this role you will:
- provide reading room services including retrieval and return of archives
- assist archivists with remote reference and reading room enquires
- carry out digitisation tasks, including preparation, digital capture and quality control
- assist with arrangement and description of archives
As an Assistant Archivist you will be flexible to assist the team with a variety of tasks including office administration, repository and preservation activities.
