Junior Personal Assistant (Kenmure, Dunedin)

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a motivated Junior Personal Assistant to join our team in Dunedin on a full-time basis. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support under the direct supervision of our Executive Assisant. You will gain valuable experience in executive support and office administration while contributing to the smooth running of our business.

KEY SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Providing quality administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and itineraries.
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
• Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
• Handling confidential information with discretion.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.

YOU WILL HAVE

• 2-3 years administrative experience as a Personal Assistant.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• A professional and positive manner with a strong attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise, multitask, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• The right to live and work permanently in New Zealand.
