- Supporting the Venue Manager in daily operations and team leadership
- Driving team performance and fostering a positive, energetic culture
- Managing guest experiences to ensure every visit is exceptional
- Assisting with financial and operational responsibilities, including rostering and budgeting
- Leading group bookings and events with creativity and flair
- Championing safety, service, and standards across the venue
