Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious, high-quality products? We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Baker to join our friendly team at Tawa New World.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare a range of fresh bakery items, including breads, rolls, pastries, and specialty products
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and food safety standards
Collaborate with the bakery team to maintain a smooth and efficient daily operation
Contribute ideas for new products and seasonal ranges
Keep the bakery clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety, and food safety requirements
About You:
Previous baking experience (in a commercial or retail environment preferred)
Passionate about food and customer satisfaction
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and capable of early starts
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
