We’re seeking expressions of interest for a positive, customer centric personality to join as one of two Sales, Trials and Office Coordinators. This role is a full-time position based at our head office in Mount Wellington, Auckland.
About the role
Our Sales and Customer Service teams are our front-line links to our customers and communities and your role plays an important part in ensuring that we are delivering an exceptional standard of service to those who matter most.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for coordinating our trials process from beginning to end ensuring that the process is seamless for everyone involved, achieving the best possible outcomes.
You’ll spend time supporting our sales team and clinicians with enquiries, administration and managing the sales order process. This includes:
- Searching stock levels, proactively anticipating issues before they arise and gathering information required to have the equipment ready to go
- Coordinating the delivery of the equipment, monitoring delivery dates and communicating delays
- Working proactively in the development and delivery of reports that provide insight and relevant, timely information to the NZ sales and leadership teams
- Assisting with the ordering of non-stock items, general office administration tasks and management of office tidiness, building maintenance and contract managements
About you
You’re a natural go getter, are resilient, can multitask and are flexible to adapt to changing priorities and working styles. Ideally you have great computer skills and experience navigating and working in an ERP system such as JD Edwards and report writing in a system such as Cognos or similar.
Working closely with other teams, you’ll embrace our collaborative approach to working and are a communication superstar. Building key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be the key to your success in this position.
