Pay Rate: $24 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week – must be available weekends
Visa Support: Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) support available
We are a busy, locally loved café seeking a reliable and experienced Barista to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Accredited Employer, we can support the right candidate for a work visa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks
- Maintain speed and consistency during busy periods
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Keep the workspace clean and organised
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a high-volume setting
- Confident in milk steaming and dialling in espresso
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
