Branch Supervisor

The Role

Based in our flagship store in Waterloo Park, Christchurch and reporting to the Branch Manager; you will be responsible for supporting staff to maximise sales and profits, through effective customer service and efficient management of branch resources. You will be representing some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry.

This role will fit you well if you have considerable industry experience, a passion for people & building their capability, a desire to grow your leadership skills, and the energy to build on the excellent reputation of the TWL brand.

Your skills to be successful:

• Proven success as a sales professional, preferably in our industry
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Motivated self-starter & team player
• Focus on Health & Safety
• Intermediate computer skills including MS office and outlook

Your responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to the team
• Assist the Branch Manager in administrative tasks such as warranty, invoice reconciliation and banking.
• Ensuring first rate customer service is provided at all times.
• Overseeing branch inventory, returns, credits and stocktakes.
