Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a minibus vehicle in compliance with relevant traffic and safety regulations
- Pick up passengers from various locations throughout Auckland and transport them to their desired destinations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading their luggage or belongings as necessary
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle at all times, both on the inside and outside
- Ensure the minibus meter is always functioning correctly and accurately calculate fares for passengers
- Respond to passenger inquiries and provide recommendations or information regarding popular attractions, restaurants, or other points of interest as requested
- Keep up-to-date on traffic conditions and utilize GPS or navigation systems to determine the best and most efficient routes to reach destinations
- Follow company policies and procedures, including proper maintenance and care of the vehicle
- Adhere to a predetermined schedule or work shifts, promptly reporting any delays or issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards passengers, providing excellent customer service at all times
