This is a 20 hour per week position, flexible hours between Monday - Friday.
Reporting to the Business Services Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for regional staff including finance and procurement, volunteer support activities, minute taking, and meeting administration and back-office support.

You will be highly motivated with a proactive outlook towards improving business processes within an organisation. Working as part of a team, you will bring your fun personality along with excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role, we'd expect you will:
- Be proficient with the use of MS Office applications, i.e Outlook, Teams
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be an effective and collaborative team member with excellent listening skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Administration background
The salary range for this role is $59,674 - $66,304 (pro rata), dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
