About the role:
- Relationship building and leadership: As the Feedback Coordinator, reporting to the Feedback Manager, you will work closely with the small Consumer Experience team as well as the wider Southern teams to provide expert guidance in our feedback (complaints, compliments and general feedback) system, including ensuring that the day-to-day management of consumer feedback is coordinated and monitored
- Training and education: You will provide training to the team and wider organisation on Southern consumer experience processes
- Technical skills: You will have experience with electronic systems for data entry and record keeping
- Continuous improvement: The role involves coordinating the consumer complaints process to ensure the timely and effective resolution of complaints. There is a focus on creating a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation

About the Team/Service/Location
Our Consumer Experience team is a small close team that work to support each other, the wider Southern team and our consumers.
About you
As a Feedback Coordinator, you will:
- be collaborative
- have people skills
- have the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- have a high level of experience working with consumers and management of complaint processes
- be comfortable training on a 1:1 basis, but also to larger groups
- be savvy with digital systems
- be willing and able to travel within Southern when required.
