All about the job
We’re calling for two competent and capable administrators, to support the Monitoring and Compliance teams, which includes the parking, bylaws, animal control, and environmental health teams. We have two positions available at approximately 30 hours each.
These teams cover a wide variety of work, and so the Business Supports Officers are critical to help ensure that the processes run smoothly, and the team feel supported.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring that accurate and efficient records are kept
- Accurately processing and creating invoices for prompt payment
- Providing an exceptional customer experience for all internal and external customers that will positively grow our reputation
- Support the development of new administration processes, identifying opportunities to support the wider Monitoring & Enforcement team
All about you
We are seeking a dynamic person who is skilled at providing exceptional administration support, and excellent customer service. Ideally you are a skilled administrator who has worked in business support or administration roles in a small to medium sized organisation.
You’ll need to show us that you:
- have worked in a customer focused position and put the customer at the heart of all you do
- have high attention to detail and excellent general administration skills
- are experienced and confident using Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems and apps
- have excellent initiative and are super organised.
