Are you up for the challenge of running and managing our top Butchery department?
We are looking for a Butchery Manager with outstanding leadership, organisational and planning skills to lead our successful team and excel at consistently delivering high standards.
To be successful in this role, the applicant will have:
- Previous Butchery Manager or Assistant Manager experience
- Proven leadership and organisational skills
- Can deliver on agreed budgets and targets
- A positive “lead by example" attitude
- Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety standards
- Knowledge of SAP is essential
- Expertise in creating and managing value-added products will be an advantage
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Rostered 40 hours per week
If successful, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all facets of the day-to-day operations of the Butchery Department, and ensuring staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers.
