Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment? Oceania Healthcare New Zealand is searching for talented individuals to join our Cafe Front of House team and provide an exceptional experience for residents and visitors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming and engaging with residents, their families, and visitors in our café environment
- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages with attention to detail and efficiency
- Ensuring all café areas are clean, presentable, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Handling payments accurately and maintaining till records
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and care teams to support seamless service to all guests
- Constantly learning and developing your hospitality skills
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an advantage
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude towards all café guests
- Strong communication abilities and a commitment to teamwork
- Keen attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
- The right to work in New Zealand
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends where required
